Built by practitioners, for practitioners.
6QD was founded by healthcare operations and technology leaders who spent years watching automation initiatives fail — not because the technology was wrong, but because the operating model was never designed to support it.
The pattern was consistent: organizations would deploy a bot, celebrate a quick win, and then watch the program stagnate as governance gaps, data quality issues, and change management failures compounded. Pilot purgatory. Expensive lessons. No lasting capability.
We built 6QD to do it differently. Our engagements begin with a question — the first of six — and we do not stop until we have reached the structural constraint, the real bottleneck, the strategic leverage point that separates automation that scales from automation that stalls.
The name 6QD reflects our method: Six Questions Deep. In a discipline where surface-level answers lead to surface-level solutions, we go further — until we find the root cause worth solving.
